Twenty years at the intersection of technology, design, and digital. Co-founded Deloitte Digital Belgium. Now at Amazon Web Services. Certified NLP Practitioner. He has seen what technology can do when it is built with intention, and what it looks like when it is not.

We believe in doing the work.
Not the idea of it. The actual work. The uncomfortable conversations, the patterns you keep repeating, the things you know you need to change but haven't yet. We've been doing that work ourselves for a long time, and we've seen what happens when people commit to it.
We believe growth lives at the intersection of the rational and the open.
We've spent decades in technology, data, and organisational design. We've also sat in rooms where the work is invisible and the results are undeniable. We don't think these things contradict each other. The best growth happens when you bring rigour to the inner work, and openness to the tools that support it.
